General Terms of Use for the 99ok Platform

The 99ok platform offers online entertainment services encompassing casino games (slots, live baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia, PUBG Mobile PMSL, DOTA 2, Valorant), and online number lottery.

99ok's services are intended exclusively for users in Malaysia. Accessing the platform from outside Malaysia may be subject to the legal restrictions of the user's home jurisdiction, and it is the user's sole responsibility to ensure their use of the platform is lawful in their location.

99ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time without prior notice, subject to operational and legal requirements. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration & Account Management

To access paid services on 99ok, you are required to register a valid account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure without compensation.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at 99ok. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Your password must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 99ok support immediately.
• 99ok reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time for identity verification purposes.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Email and Malaysian phone number verification are required to complete the registration process. The phone number used must be an active Malaysian number registered in your own name.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction.

1. Each bonus carries a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement ranges from 10x to 35x depending on the bonus type.
2. The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members who have never previously held an account with 99ok.
3. A member may only hold one (1) active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
4. Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account or cashed out directly without first meeting the rollover requirements.
5. Should any bonus abuse be detected — such as the use of multiple accounts or opposing bets — 99ok reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
6. 99ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

For each bonus offer, please read the specific terms and conditions accompanying that offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered at 99ok — including video slots, live baccarat, blackjack, dragon tiger, roulette, Malaysia Super League football betting, MPL Malaysia e-sports betting, and lottery — operate in accordance with international industry-standard rules.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by independent bodies to ensure complete fairness.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot game can be found under the "Game Info" section of the respective game title.
• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be contested once the game has concluded, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

• Bets placed after a sporting event has started (where in-play mode is unavailable) will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Sports betting odds may change until a bet is confirmed. The odds in effect at the time the bet is placed are final.

Prohibited Member Conduct

To maintain a fair and safe experience for all 99ok users, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Use of arbitrage betting strategies or exploitation of system errors to gain unauthorised advantages.

• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information without their consent.
• Money laundering through the 99ok platform.
• Holding more than one active account on 99ok.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that were not intended.

99ok reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, seizing funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

99ok reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player themselves.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If no wrongdoing is found, the funds will be returned in full. If a violation is established, the funds in the account may be forfeited.
